No Signboard Seafood
Popular for chili crab
What we say:
Once a nameless shack, this seafood restaurant has grown into one of the most popular spots in Singapore for chilli crab.
Though Sri Lankan crab in spicy gravy continues to be the bestseller, the crayfish with crispy cereal, garlicky bamboo clams, steamed fish with chilli, and prawn rolls are also delicious enough to put Singapore on the culinary map.
Fresh seafood is priced per 100 grams and don't be shy about asking prices if they're not on the menu.
No Signboard has expanded to four locations around Singapore; go to the Geylang location if you're on a budget and the Esplanade spot if you're on an expense account.
