What we say: 
It's the original Hard Rock Cafe near Orchard Road — not the new location at Sentosa — that has the best entertainment.
The regular bands play a mix of original rock and covers, but the highlight is drag queen comedian Kumar who pokes fun at life in this conservative city state. S/he takes the stage at 23:00 every Monday and there's live music most nights starting around 20:30. Technically there's no admission charge, but expect to pay S$10-15 per drink. The Hard Rock Cafe updates their events calendar more regularly on Facebook than their official website.
