Singapore Sling Restaurant

More of a Singapore-themed restaurant than a Singaporean restaurant, this spot deserves a mention for their fusion creations of chilli crab pizza and spaghetti.

Both dishes, the most popular items on their very limited menu, are surprisingly tasty and pack in all the chilli crab flavour without the pesky shell.

The decor borders on tacky with a few too many Merlion statuettes and the bar serves exclusively Singapore Sling cocktails. The premix they sell is just as good as Raffles Hotel for a fraction of the price.
