Nalan Restaurant

For vegetarian food outside of Little India this small restaurant by Funan IT mall is a solid choice.

Excluding meat from their menu hasn't limited the selection and there's North and South Indian style soups, flatbreads, curries, tandoori vegetables,and paneer (cheese) prepared every way imaginable. For a proper sit-down restaurant Nalan's prices are on the lower end of the spectrum and the sets are a great value : the South Indian meal with rice, dahl, curry, yogurt, and a couple crispy papadams and will leave you absolutely stuffed. There's a second branch on Serangoon Road.
