Town Restaurant @ The Fullerton
A boozy splurge
What we say:
The restaurant at this colonial gem serves Western and Singaporean cuisine all day, but is best known for its Sunday champagne brunch.
You won't have an appetite until Monday after feasting on their gourmet spread of salads, sushi, roasted meats, Indian curries, made-to-order pastas and a spectacular seafood spread of lobster, oysters and prawns. It's a challenge, but try to save room for dessert. At over S$150 per person this is definitely a huge splurge, but the price includes free-flow of champagne and house wine and you're welcome to spend a few hours sipping and soaking up the ambience. Without the alcohol the price drops to S$100.
