Once you've paid the cover charge you can move freely between the nine outlets — warm up with a cocktail at the Bellini Room, catch a set from The Boiler Room's amazing cover band, then dance the night away to hip hop at Powerhouse. St James is easily accessed by a bridge from VivoCity Mall and has a new outdoor food court that serves hawker food until the wee hours.
