This huge restaurant on Sentosa is a collaboration between Tung Lok Seafood, Jumbo Seafood, Palm Beach Seafood, and Seafood International with an encyclopaedic menu including crab nine different ways, fried squid, steamed fish, Thai tom yam soup and a refreshingly light salad of lobster and dragonfruit.

The two-storey waterfront building near Resorts World Sentosa looks like a tourist trap, but it has a reputation to maintain and the seafood does not disappoint.
