What we say: 
Iron Fairies is a fantastical steampunk vision of a 1920s speakeasy.
Filled with art work created by the owner (and named after iron workers from a children's book the owner wrote), it's an amazing space complimented by solid cocktails and great music.
The iron works that fill the walls, form the tables, and adorn every surface give the place a feel of an underground workshop, which the space was before the Australian artist decided to turn it into a bar.
Food menu is good pub fare, including a fantastic burger. Really gets going around 22:00 with a crowd of funky expats, off-beat Thais, and whoever else wanders in.
Cocktails and beers from 160 baht, food from 220 baht, burger 380 baht (and worth every coin). Recommended.
