Villa Corsa

French food and pizzas

What we say: 4 stars

Good French food and excellent pizzas sum up this eatery located at the entrance to Fisherman's Village.

Previously La Virage, this restaurant was renamed to Villa Corsa after it changed hands. It's not the best location, as it overlooks the main road rather than the seafront, but it's half the price of Fisherman's Village's overpriced seafront venues.

Try the very affordable steak, a rare treat in Thailand, usually expensive but here you can get a fillet for around 300 baht, perfectly grilled, or French favourites such as lamb ragout and pork tenderloin, with Thai options available. Order another glass of house wine, as the bill will be less than expected for a Western restaurant.
