Shisha water pipes
What we say: 
Once the party place to be for backpackers and young expats, Dragonfly seems to have lost out a bit to new competition.
But don't rule it out: there's a pool table, a small, crowded dance floor, and the option of some quieter seating upstairs where you can kick back and smoke a shisha water pipe.
They've also now opened a new lounge bar at 93 Phung Hung, which is more spacious and smarter but retains the shisha, pool table and dance floor.
