Asian Kitchen
A hidden gem in backpacker land
What we say:
A simple looking restaurant in the crowded backpacker district, Asian Kitchen is a hidden gem for budget conscious travellers.
Located down a quiet alley, they offer typical Japanese cuisine and ice-cold beer. The food isn't the most authentic in town, but it is tasty.
Staff are extremely service-oriented, none more so than owner Larry, who possesses a wealth of local knowledge. Prices are very pocket friendly, with most main dishes topping out around 65,000 VND.
The bamboo-decorated eatery has a very relaxed mood, and usually sports a good number of travellers, eager to chat and swap stories.
