What we say: 
Just across the street from the Saigon Opera house, the Dragon Court Chinese Restaurant, also known as Hoang Long, sits at a prime location.
This large restaurant, with plenty of elbow room, seats you family-style at large booths or smaller tables depending on your group's size.
The staff is large, even by Vietnamese standards, and they are eager to help you order your meal. Food covers the Chinese basics, including glass noodles, hot pots and a large dim sum selection.
Also, their suckling pig is highly recommended, especially for large groups. Due to its large size seating is rarely a problem.
