Although slightly rundown and lacking the flash of some other Saigon bars, Ice Blue is still a popular stop for Saigon's expat community.
What the bar may lack in aesthetics it makes up for with smoky character. Drink prices are fair and you can converse with the crowd, which tends to skew older than other bars in the city.
Service is outstanding and eager for you to maintain your beer drinking experience. The true centrepiece of the bar, however, are its proudly set-up dartboards. Risk it all as you challenge salty expat veterans in battles of bar supremacy.
