Expensive but a good venue
What we say: 
Filled wall to wall with rock 'n' roll memorabilia, the Hard Rock Cafe exists as an all in one bar, restaurant and live music venue with one of the bigger band stages in the downtown area.
The large centre stage plays host to live music every night of the week, but the music comes with a high-priced American menu.
The food is of the same quality as the other Hard Rock branded restaurants; so yes, it has one of the better burgers available in the city.
Overall, the Hard Rock is expensive by Vietnamese standards but offers one of the best live music venues in Saigon.
