Burma, Samoa, Thailand, Laos, Vietnam, Cambodia, India, Nepal, New Zealand, US, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Honduras, Guatemala + most of the countries in western Europe and some in the east. First (and definitely last) trip with baby: The canary islands... just horrible:(
