What we say:

Calling the two movie-watching options in town cinemas is a bit of a stretch.

Galaxy shows four movies a night at 17:00, 19:00. 21:00 and 23:00 for $2.50 to $3 depending on the size of the crowd. They also have private, air-con rooms and worryingly, private showers. They offer video game rentals as well. Open 24 hours.

The other is Top Cat, on Serendipity Beach Rd. Advertising a "very liberal smoking policy" and boasting of the strength of their air-con, Top Cat has large rooms for public viewings and private viewing rooms with a selection of over 2,000 movies and Xbox 360s. Open 24 hours.
