Fish then eat
What we say:
There's fish around them islands and a few local operators will help you get out and catch them.
Kiwi-run Fishermen's Den has been fishing the area for more than 8 years and do highly-regarded fishing day trips to the outer islands, usually Koh Rong Saloem. They've got a 17m boat specifically designed for their fishing trips, which are $35 per person, including lunch and dinner back at the Fishermen's Den, where they cook up the catches of the day. They do charter and overnight trips on request.
Cafe Sushi organise fishing trips in both English and Japanese. They offer trips that appeal to foodies as well as fishermen, as their trips are made with the goal of catching fish to enjoy as sushi.
