Nong Chanh Water Park

A definite kid-pleaser

What we say:

Opened in 2008, Nong Chanh Water Park is lots of fun and a great place to cool off. With huge slides — the likes of which were previously unheard of in Laos — it is an impressive sight on Khouvieng Blvd, near the central bus station.

Joma has opened a cafe in the park to ensure good eats between the slides. If you're only there to observe admission is 10,000 kip, otherwise use of the slides is 40,000 kip for adults or 25,000 for children. There are changing rooms on site and a locker rental is 10,000 kip.
