Oddly enough, given its inland location, KL has several good places to learn scuba diving.
For the most part, the early practical work is done in the city, in a swimming pool, with the open water elements done in the sea. Two of the most experienced outfits are Planet Scuba in Bangsar, and Scuba Dynamics, in Desa Sri Hartamas.
