Paku Unguided Walk
What we say:
If you find yourself with a spare half a day, then the Paku Waterfall walk is well worth the time.
We say that if only because you won't be part of a group of 10 to 15 people! The walk itself is pretty easy as there are no elevation gains but part of it is on a well-marked trail that isn't boardwalked.
The waterfall itself is quite small but the river running underneath is good for a swim though do watch out for the current, which can be quite strong especially after heavy rain.
The walk takes about two hours one-way and is easy to medium as far as difficulty is concerned.
