Dewan Tun Abdul Razak
A quick history lesson
What we say:
Situated opposite the Sarawak Museum, the Dewan Tun Abdul Razak (formerly known as the new wing of the Sarwak Museum) provides a whirlwind tour of Sarawak's history from the time when humans first settled at Niah Caves.
There is also normally an exhibition on the ground floor -- when we visited, it was one on death and the ceremonies surrounding death. Although not a typical way to spend an afternoon, there was lots of interesting information available especially about indigenous cultures.
