Queen Elizabeth Walk
A shaded promenade
What we say:
Located in Esplanade Park, this grand walkway was named in honour of the new queen in 1953 when Singapore was still a British colony.
The shaded promenade starts near the Esplanade Theatre and passes the Anderson Bridge, Tam Kim Seng Fountain, Cenotaph War Memorial, and Padang field before abruptly ending at the new Esplanade MRT station.
