Marina Sands Skypark
Singapore's most dizzying viewpoint
What we say:
Perched 200 metres above the ground, the massive Marina Sands Skypark mocks gravity.
Its open-air garden stretches across the three towers of the hotel beneath and offers unobstructed, panoramic views of the city and beyond.
Attractions within the attraction include exclusive restaurants (Ku De Ta, Sky on 57) and a swimming pool that appears to cascade off the edge of the building. The latter is for hotel guests only, but the restaurants are open to all and you can beat the Skypark's entrance fees if you have a reservation.
The complimentary audio guide drones on about the building's construction and what you can see from each viewpoint — turn it off and simply enjoy the spectacular view.
