Just offshore from Hat Sairee are a number of islands including Ko Samet, Ko Mattra, Ko Ngam Ngoi, Ko Thalu, Ko Ka and Ko Thong Lang all have good snorkelling and diving possibilities though some are off limits due to the harvesting of bird's nests. There are a number of wonderful caves which can be visited in Chumphon Province. There are a number of different tour companies operating now, so ask around at a couple different place to plan the kind of expedition that's right for you. Begin around 14km from Chumphon town

The three beaches of Haad Pardorn, Haad Sairee and Thung Makham are situated on a small peninsula to the southeast of Chumphon town and are all easily reached by public transport or motorbike from the provincial capital.
