Getting there and away

Boat

The closest Chao Phraya Express Boat stop is Tha Ratchawong. From there it is a five minute walk to Yaowarat Road and the heart of Chinatown.

Getting Around

Because of the one way network of roads in this area getting a tuk tuk or taxi can be messy. Tuk tuks won't budge for less than 40B from the China Gate to Old Siam, shorter distances, you'll need to bargain, or better off just to walk.
