Transport

Use the quicklinks below to jump to the desired section regarding transport in and around Mango Bay.

Getting around

The cost of a boat taxi is 500 baht one person one way and 1000 baht for two people one way. There may be room for negotiation for more than one person. More people will, of course, be a more expensive total fee but there is not a set rate for additional passengers. There is a long, poorly-maintained dirt road to Mango Bay as well, which is the only way to get to the viewpoint. Both resorts offer taxi service to guests, so give them a call. Otherwise, a songthaew costs at least 800 baht for the first two passengers and then 300 baht apiece.
