Air

Pleiku airport (PXU) is six kilometres north of the city. As of December 2015, it is serviced by domestic flights from Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi. After being closed for renovations, the airport reopened in October 2015 with a facilities upgrade and expanded runway to accommodate larger aircraft, so it’s likely more flights will be added in the future.

Getting around

Meter taxis are plentiful. Your hotel can call you one and they will pick you up from your location at no additional charge. Since the city is so sprawling, it's not so easy to find motorcycle taxis except in the centre.
Mailinh Tax: (059) 3838 3838.

Some hotels rent motorbikes and it is relatively expensive. One hotel quoted us 300,000 dong for a day. Nha Khach Cong Doan rented a bike to us for 150,000 dong but no English spoken.
