Sustainable adventure tourism in Cambodia: The PEPY Ride IV
This annual three-week cycling adventure across Cambodia takes adventurous riders from the ancient Temples of Angkor through the vibrant capital of Phnom Penh to the sleepy sea-side town of Kep. Both educational and fun, cyclists visit PEPY's partner non-profit organisations to learn about modern life in Cambodia and the on-going development work that strives to make Cambodia happier and healthier, day by day. Riders also volunteer at partner schools and organisations along the way, giving them a chance to offer short-term support for long-term development goals. Trip accommodation ranges from rural village stays to beautiful beachside bungalows. Although this trip includes visits to all the major attractions of Cambodia, the highlight for most travellers is making Khmer friends along the route and the opportunity to cycle the nooks and crannies of Cambodia that most travellers miss. This trip fills quickly, so register early to reserve your spot at www.pepytours.com!
Destinations: Siem Reap, Battambang, Pursat, Phnom Penh, Kampot, Kep.
