While a couple of hotels accept foreigners, only the Honey Hotel is conveniently located to both the lake and the centre of town and with so many rooms we struggle to envisage a situation where they would be full. Ever.
If there was ever an example of a hotel that totally squanders a stunning near-lakeside location, this is it. Large but mediocre rooms are housed in a multi-floor egg-carton concrete building to the right of the reception area. The rooms are of a good size but are in dire need of a sandblasting followed by a coat of paint. Bathrooms are adequate. Staff are quite friendly, though limited English...
