Accommodation

Legian

Although a road runs between the beach and Legian’s beachfront hotels and resorts, it’s mostly blocked to traffic, offering a more pleasant option than many along Kuta’s strip. For folks who prefer the sea to the pool, and don’t mind a walk, head inland a street or two for better value. Flashpackers and hostels are thinner on the ground than around neighbouring Kuta, but the laneways and side streets harbour some decent choices.
