If you're spending the night in Kangar, there are a couple of passable options to choose from.

This Asian-orientated budget hotel is located on the main road at Kangar's centre. Reception is on the ground floor behind a set of tinted glass doors but the spacious air-con or fan rooms are reached by stairs through a doorway open round the clock.
