Perfect for neat freaks
The Honey Pine, located in the centre of town, opened in 2012 and still smells and looks brand new.
The hotel has 24 rooms and a lovely interior consisting of white walls and pine flooring. The rooms and bathrooms are spotless and each room contains a loaded minibar, wardrobe, TV, phone, green tea and very tastefully designed interior. A friendly staff member was happy to give us a tour of the hotel. A lovely reading room is located on the roof and has a large collection of books in English, Chinese and Burmese. Additionally, you can relax on the roof deck or one of the large shared balconies on each floor. The single rooms are supplied with a soft king size bed, making this the top pick for solo travellers. WiFi in every room. Breakfast included.
