Staff speak English very well and boasted about the fact that they charge fairest prices for their rooms and food. At the entrance is a large open-air restaurant, with the rooms located behind it. Plans are in the works to add an additional 20 rooms. The restaurant, which offers an impressive array of fresh seafood and Chinese food, has a satellite TV that guests are free to use at night when they turn the power generators on. The rooms could use a thorough scrubbing and the beds are very small with thin mattresses -- but for eight bucks per night for a solo traveller, you’ll find the cheapest rooms in town here. Free WiFi is provided in the restaurant. This is the top choice for travellers on a shoestring budget.
