The Sein Pyae Hlyan Inn is located across the street from the Pammawaddy Hotel on quiet Shwe Ze Di Road.

We found the cheapest rooms in town here, with single fan rooms with shared bathroom going for just $8 a night. Those rooms are very small and cell-like, but do feature little balconies -- a rare treat in this town. Beds are cheap quality and come with thin pillows that may need to be folded three times to provide any comfort. From the outside, the thought of a shared bathroom in this building may seem frightening but they actually looked and smelled quite clean. The more expensive rooms have much larger beds, TV, WiFi and air-con. This would suit those on a tight budget, but flashpackers should head across the street to the much nicer Pammawaddy. A small internet cafe is located next to reception. No breakfast offered or on-site restaurant.
