With river view
Koh Kong City Hotel is a typical Khmer-style upscale hotel, cut from the same cloth as the Asian across the road.
It does, however, have open views on to the river, which puts it up a notch. It’s spotlessly clean, and the comfortable air-con rooms also have bathtubs, as well as the usual amenities. They also have blackout curtains so that you can properly enjoy your mornings. It has a newer feel than the Asian, and they also have conference facilities. The rooms are excellent value, and as with the Asian are priced according to the view on offer. The prices remain the same all year, but may go up at festival times or other events, such as Khmer New Year. If both Asian and City Hotel are full, you could try the Koh Kong Bay Hotel, which is between City and the Thai Bridge. Recommended.
