Home Vattanak Guesthouse is an excellent value option that is straightforward and fuss-free but gets it all right nonetheless.
The small air-con rooms and bathrooms are spotless and simple but not timeworn, while the beds are very comfortable, the water hot, the TVs flat screen. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Being a little away from the main drag, it is also pretty quiet too. There is plenty of parking space outside, which is apparently very secure. The suites are big enough to take a family of four. They have a computer in the lobby, though it appeared to be somewhat Jurassic, and lumbering.
