For flashpackers looking for a homely place right near where the boats come in, this is a good option.
Romanticists need to get in early to grab the front upstairs room, which enjoys great views and is, by far, the best room here — ask for the honeymoon suite. The rooms are otherwise typical Balinese fare — they're clean, if a bit tired, and there's also a waterfront restaurant and bar to take in the dipping sun. Only issue perhaps is, as with any of the seafront places, you'll get a bit of racket from the boats. Particularly friendly staff who happily ran off a list of other places to try when they couldn't fit us in.
