Edelweiss' poor cousin
This may be your best bet in high season when you arrive later in the afternoon and everything else is full.
Compared to Edelweiss this is poorer value at each price point, but rooms are at least adequate. As with its cross-the-road neighbour, this is a multi-storey, rambling hotel, well located to traveller-orientated restaurants. Here in the fancier rooms the TVs are older, in the cheaper rooms the bathrooms are grottier, but that’s about all -- there is really little to separate the two. The Korina will do for a night, but that’s about it and it’s a step up from the in-town options like Johny. It has WiFi and staff are helpful and friendly, though not as sharp as those at Edelweiss.
