The most rooms in town
While Pondok Siola is the pick of the bunch, two other options lie side by side back off the beach on the far side of the road.
This is the larger of the two, with a bunch of clean and quite well kept rooms in a building behind the house you can see from the street. While the rooms will do at a pinch, they lack any of the personality of Pondok Siola and, with a streetside location, no beach views are to be had here. There is a restaurant on site, but it didn’t seem as if anyone had eaten here in a while. This spot is really just dealing with overflow from Siola, or for those who don’t know about it -- we checked in here, then changed as soon as we found Siola down the road and we imagine that happens a lot.
