Smart rooms and professional staff
Easily the best of Bima’s downtown hotels, if the Marina fits to your budget, don’t waste your time looking elsewhere.
A bright modern hotel with a lofty and light-filled lobby and restaurant/lounge area, this is a comfortable hotel that ticks most of the boxes you can hope to have ticked in Bima. Rooms are equally modern, with firm beds and smart linen -- a throw even -- a small desk, flat screen TVs, and, in the more expensive rooms, a coffee maker. The bathroom in the room we were shown was spotless, with a hot water shower. The whole joint is air-con throughout and WiFi is available only in the lobby and restaurant area. Overall this is a big step up in quality for a not unreasonable jump in price. Staff are friendly but English is limited.
