Right next door to Liha Graha, Lambitu is its poorer cousin is nearly every way.
The rooms are mustier, the restaurant (serving breakfast only) is poor and staff are indifferent. But the rooms are slightly cheaper, so if you’re looking to spend less, and don’t want to hike out to the Asakota, then try here. It’s an otherwise unremarkable hotel with a noisy atrium-like design. Watch the electrics -- a wall socket exploded behind a staffer as we walked in, giving him (and us!) quite a shock. Overall, this will do for a night, but unless the Lila Graha is full (highly unlikely) we’d try there first.
