It’s great value and a top guesthouse in Vang Vieng, especially if you shell out some extra kip for a room with a view.

Domon's best rooms have private balconies with unobstructed view of the mountains for under US$20. All rooms, even the cheapies, are spotlessly clean, freshly painted, bright and spacious with relatively comfy beds, private balconies, satellite TV and attached bathrooms with hot showers. Staff sell bus tickets and can exchange money, plus free WiFi is the icing on the cake but if you absolutely must have WiFi in your room, choose the rooms on the road side. A bonus is that now that there’s no party on the island across the river, the river side rooms are as peaceful as they should be.
