The huts come with thatch roofs, woven bamboo doors and inviting porches with axe pillows. Inside they’re simpler and the one we checked out had some wear and tear, though it was relatively well kept and comes with hot water. Up by the road front there’s a large restaurant and bar that has a great lounging deck with oodles of cushions and hammocks. It’s in a good location to access all the facilities of town, yet not be too far from the beach. During high season the sound of continual parties may be a hindrance, but to be honest, if you think that may bother you then you’re best off heading to one of those wood bungalows at Siam Beach Resort on the far northern corner of Lonely Beach, or down to Bailan.
