Within sight of the river and practically next to Mut Mee Guest House, Siri is a fine choice if you prefer a more straightforward but still comfortable Thai-style guesthouse near the riverside promenade -- or if Mut Mee is full and you don’t feel like walking far.

Rooms are set up motel style in a long single-floor building. They may not have the artistic touches of those at Siri’s more popular neighbour, but they’re similarly comfortable and better equipped with air-con, TVs, fridges, hot water bathrooms and soft beds. The well-kept rooms also have spacious verandas, though you can’t quite see the river from them. The woman in charge is laid back and friendly, and she offers free WiFi and coffee/tea all day. Overall, Siri is a pleasant spot that represents good value for those wanting creature comforts near the river.
