It has a good, central location, with the main entrance on Sai Klang and various buildings out back looking over the river. The entrance, and reception, consists of a coffee shop and adjacent Thai Lu and hilltribe textile and souvenir shop. The coffee shop, serving Doi Chang coffee and a few bakery items, is very good and you can also pick up a motorbike here for 250 baht per day. Fan-cooled rooms, in what they claim is a Shan-style house, come with bathrooms and hot showers while air-con rooms are spacious with excellent balconies. All have simple but tasteful decoration and WiFi is beamed throughout. Their cafe serves breakfasts for an additional 100 baht though of course its central location means there are plenty of options nearby.
