Pai Lanna

Our rating:
4 stars, based on 1 expert review

Not far down the lefthand fork after the bridge and next door to Pairadise, Pai Lanna is well situated with a good view over the river and valley and a mere 10-minute walk from town.

The garden is immaculate, with lovely sitting areas, and the wood, bamboo and thatch chalets are well designed and comfortably fitted out with great little balconies. Pai Lanna is firmly in the flashpacker range price wise but is an excellent deal for what you get, especially during low season where you’re getting a mid-range resort at only slightly above budget rates. Rooms are very tastefully decorated with a choice of air-con or fan, both with ensuite bathrooms, and chalets are decently spaced out. The air-con chalets are large and suitable for families. The restaurant shows a bit more imagination than average and gets good reviews and with luck may even be open in low season. Breakfast is included with high season rates only.
