Footsteps from the Phuket Aquarium is the sprawling Kantary Bay Hotel.

The lobby is breezy and the staff will immediately make you feel welcome. All rooms are apartment-style with a small full kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom, patio and air-con. The kitchens are very modern but the décor of the remainder of the apartment is outdated. If you don't want to swim in one of the two pools, just take the complimentary shuttle to a private beach shared with Cape Panwa Hotel. Rates here are listed on the internet and include tax and service charges.
