There is no beach in front but you can swim, fish and snorkel around the rocks — beware during monsoon season. Rooms vary from air-con and sterile to your very basic fan bungalow. The new air-con rooms are an absolute rip off at 1,500B and are similar to most hospital rooms. However, the 400B rooms are a great deal with a fan, basic bathroom and a few tapestries on the wall. Beds are a bit creaky — but hey, it’s only 400B to be footsteps from the water. May not sound that appealing but these bungalows have more character than the air-con rooms and are one of the best deals in the area. Restaurant on-site.
