Good midrange value
This large resort is midway between the road to Ban Krut’s train station road and the northern end of the beach and has a range of options from hotel-style rooms in a multi-storey building through to deluxe Thai-style bungalows overlooking the freeform swimming pool.
If you don’t mind having a hotel-style room back off the beach, the rooms at the rear, while not all that big, are quite good value considering you get access to the swimming pool as well. They’re clean with air-con, free WiFi and hot water showers, comfortable bedding and TV; if you need a bit more space definitely upgrade to a superior. The swimming pool is a good size and kids will love the merlion-like thing spraying water into the pool. Rates include breakfast at the poolside restaurant and on the other side of the pool is a good coffee shop. If it fits your budget and you’re happy in a hotel-style place, the standard and superior rooms are good value, but the poolside villas are quite overpriced. Shop online for a discounted rate.
