Ban Krut Resort

Excellent value

More on Ban Krut

Set way towards the northern end of Ban Krut’s beach, Ban Krut Resort is one of the only places that has direct beach access and even then only for a few rooms that they have recently added.

Travelfish says:

The bulk of the resort is back off the beach behind a cute freeform swimming pool; overall this is excellent value for Ban Krut. The cheapest rooms are in the multi-storey hotel-style building at the rear of the resort, but for just 300 baht more you can get a brick bungalow spitting distance (almost) to the swimming pool -- we’d say they’re worth the extra money. Bungalows are spacious and very solid, with hot water bathrooms, air-con, TV and free WiFi. The rooms here are spotless and well maintained, so if you’re a stickler for cleanliness, this is a good option. The pool isn’t the biggest in Ban Krut but is more than adequate. There’s an attached restaurant and a coffee shop beside that, both of which are almost superfluous given the very good beachfront seafood restaurants nearby. The beachfront rooms are not as good value as those near the pool, but if you want to be right looking onto the beach, this is one of your only options in Ban Krut. Management speak good English and are friendly and helpful.
